Q1: Can the slide be mounted in the opposite direction (but same side of the swing set as in the picture)?

A: The slide can be attached on either side of the swingset(s) as long as the Chin Bars and "z" brackets are reverese sort to speak.

Anything outside the OUTER END-LEGS can be reversed or switched. Anything inside the Legs Cannot be switched due to Weight capacity issues and play clearances required.

What does the Limited Warranty cover?
Your Flexible Flyer product is covered for a period of 180 days against defects in material, workmanship, and rust on painted parts which compromises the structural integrity of the product when used for intended purposes, under normal conditions, and provided it receives proper care and maintenance. Surface rust is not covered under warranty. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser with a receipt and is non-transferable.

What will Flexible Flyer do?
Flexible Flyer will provide a replacement part at no charge for any part found defective during the warranty period.

What is not covered by this Limited Warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover Flexible Flyer products which fail due to: (1) normal wear, (2) abuse and neglect, (3) improper maintenance, (4) unauthorized repairs or alterations, (5) use for commercial or other income producing purposes, or (6) accidents or misuse.

How do I get service?
All warranty repairs must be authorized by the Flexible Flyer Customer Assistance Department before repairs are made. IMPORTANT: A missing part is not considered the same thing as a defective part or unit. If a part is missing, there is no need to return the entire unit to the store. it took 3 adults almost 5 hours to put this set together - and we would not be upset if it had been told to us when we bought it, but we were told 2 hours and that was a lie

Very difficult to assemble. The directions have a lot to be desired. Also the screws are not worth the money. My husband went to the hardware store and bought stronger screws.

Once we had it together by replacing the cheap screws, it does look nice. The grandchildren had a blast with it.

Husband started crussing 2 hours into putting together. None of the holes matched, and not enough screws were given.[@] Grandson will have a good time on it so, I guess it was worth it.
