PIRATE SAND BOX

We bought this online for much less then the listed price. I would call it a Pirate Barge, due to it's shape. Our three year old grand son, with the pirate fetish, loves it. There is room for three or four kids to play in it. I had to re-drill some holes and one hole didn't even come close to matching up. I recommend a tarp or cover to keep the cats out. The other problem was there is no bottom, I used a sheet of thick visqueen as a ground cover. Overall, fun project the wife and I put together in about one hour.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

We got this for our son for Christmas and within 1 week it was broken in two different spots, like as in split! It also is MOLDING and looks terrible now and we have only had it since Christmas so needless to say it will trash very soon! BIG WASTE OF MONEY!!! IF I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK I SO WOULD

Paid a lot of money for really cheap material. Easy to put together. Was missing the bottom piece that holds the sand in. Looks really cute, but don't know if it will withstand the wear and tear of children climbing over the sides over time. I would recommend this only if it were half the price.
